USB not working after windows loads.

Im having trouble with the new setup I've installed. After Windows loads the USB ports are not working. My mouse gives a little flash when I plug it in, but does not respond. I got a CD with USB drivers etc, but I cannot install them due to error 37. All the other drivers have been installed successfully. Here are my components:

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, Socket-1155
Kingston DDR3 HyperX 2133MHz 8GB KIT
Intel® Core i7-2600K Processor

Thanks for answers.

More about working windows loads
  1. Re you plugging your mouse into a usb 3 port or usb 2 port. Make sure you are trying a usb 2 port. Also, your mouse need to be plugged in before you turn on the system.
  2. Tired every USB port, with the mouse in when booting.
