Planning to swap dell xps 8300 psu for ultra x3 1000w modular will it work?case

I am planning to swap dell xps 8300 psu for ultra x3 1000w modular, will it work in the case?

I dont know the dimensions for that case but more than likely it will. I ask you though, do you need that much watts? at almost $200 you can get a nicer case and a decent PSU.

Thanks for the reponse. When I purchased the Ultra I needed that much power. I can not see not using it if I can. I will
a few drives, change vid card and add another 2tb hard drive. Case is smaller than what I am using but cannot move
everything from the 8300.
