Hi, i've recently come up with this config for a new gaming pc, any opinions? Also, how superior will the i5 2500k be than the phenom ii x4 965 be for gaming?

Coolermaster elite 430 case

Intel core i5 2500k 3.3GHz

Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti GPU

4GB DDR3 133MHZ Corsair RAM

GigaByte GA-Z68A-D3-B3 Intel Z68 Mobo

Coolermaster hyper TX3 fan

700W PSU

1TB HDD

Is that 700watt PSU a quality brand? Other than that looks good for a single GPU setup since the second PCIe X16 slot on the motherboard runs @ x4 speed.
The I5 is substantially stronger than the 965BE.

The PSU is a Cyberpower 700 watt gaming power supply, i'm not sure if this is good or not ):

But could this build for example; run Crysis 2 at 1920x1080 and achieve 30 fps? I will be playing at 1440x900 for a while though.

I do not know the Cyberpower supplies but believe they are built for them by an OEM to be put in their builds.
That rig should handle Crysis 2 well.

Would you recommend going for the i5 rig, or a 965 rig which could cost around £80 less? I know with cpu demanding games such as Starcraft 2 i would see a much better performance however my understanding is that the majority of games are mainly GPU intensive. I could get the 2gb version of the 560 ti with the phenom 965 BE and it will still be £40 cheaper than the i5 rig.
