i would just reccommend you to just buy out a new motherboard because the intel D945GCNl motherboard supports only 2 GB of ram. and if you would like to upgrade your graphics card you need to tell your psu. the intel core 2 duo e6700 is the best you can get for this motherboard. it is very cheap.
