What motherboard is replacing the ga-ep45-ds4p

Hello,
I have a Gigabye GA-Ep45-DS4p that keeps shutting down and rebooting right after the gigabyte splash screen shows. I had it working the other day, but not sure why this is happening again, other then to reset cmos. If I need to replace I was looking at the MSI Z77A-G45, or 43. Would Gigabyte have something similar to this?
