Is the sharktoon t9 case good

Good, is related to what all you plan to put in it. I mean, the components that you add and their dimensions are most important. Sometimes even the best cases(Looks wise) , the best cases(Utility & Accessories Wise) could turn out to be the least efficient and usable if mixed with components that don't match.
There seem to be 2 Kinds, Economy & Value models of the same.
Value comes with USB3 Headers and a Side Acrylic Window.
Economy comes with USB2 Header and the Side has 2 X120mm Fan Vents. The fans are optional.

So I guess the Value is a lot more better .

Downside is it has only 7 Slots for Addon Cards at the Backside, No vents on the top and no option for mounting 2.5 in SSD mounting bracket included.

Im planning to remove the case fans and replace them with coolermaster ones because on another forum they said the fans are quite noisy.

The case will do very well for your setup. Since it's not overly populated with cards and peripherals.
You can go in for the Economy model too since you don't need the USB 3 Header, and, I don't think you need to upgrade it too soon. So for the time the case lasts you, it'll be a nice looking sturdy rig.
