Looks like ECS is trying to bury the myth of their boards being low-quality. While ECS' quality has improved in recent years, many unfortunately still blindly dismiss even their newest boards as low-quality. ECS needs to educate the public that their newest boards are much better quality than in the past, and offering the 99-Hour Replacement to all new motherboards built in 2012 or later is a step in the right direction.
