Is this a good pc for the price?

I was thinking about buying this gaming pc from amazon and i was wondering how good it is for the price and how well it will run games such as Fallout New Vegas. I was kind of worried about the power supply as it is only listed as "550W ATX-PSU".

No that would not be a decent gaming pc and the price is horrible. Thats $1300 in US Dollars and you can build that for about 500.

For gaming look for a high clocked quad core. 4Gb of ram is enough but 8 is fine since ram is so cheap.

the 6870 is a good card for the price but if you can swing another $50 towards it (maybe froom the cpu savings) the 6950 1gb is better.

The best way to see if it's a good price is to go to a website like Scan and assemble the build yourself.

That would do the job, but the case would likely give you awful airflow and I suspect, as you probably do, you'd be replacing the PSU for a branded one.
