Reinstalling OS after receiving new RMA replacements

Hello, I should be receiving my RMA replacement for my Motherboard, CPU, and RAM on tuesday. My HDD is fine and has all my stuff on it. Keep in mind that this was a brand new build and the HDD was only used for about a week until I had to RMA. Anyway, is it recommended that I reinstall everything when I receive my new replacements or is it ok to put everything back together and not reinstall anything.

If the new motherboard is exactly identical in hardware components as the previous one, there is no need to re-install Windows as all the installed device drivers will be the correct ones.

Yes, the Motherboard that I am receiving is the same motherboard as the one that broke.
