Download AMD turion 64 ML 44 drivers

hey everyone i need help finding a link to down load the AMD turion 64 ML 44 drivers, i have an Alienware M9700 and i just got another one for parts. upgraded the video and screen and i would like to go from my ML 37 (2.0ghz) to the ML 44 (2.4ghz) but i just can't seem to find the drivers for it online.

For what OS do you need them?

You will need to go to the company website to get them, although I don't see why your OS has not detected and Installed it.

Fill it up for the Exact Model and see if you manage to find it.

If your OS is XP then you can get the cpu and chipset driver from www.alienware.com

Vista/W7 doesn't need a cpu driver.

What you may need for the new cpu to work correctly is a later bios.

ya sorry about that, im running XP and i just wanted to get the drivers first just in case, dont want to uninstall the drivers for the 2.0ghz and then be fucked. alienwares drivers page has a few diff CPU drivers BUT don't tell for what one. it only tells the version. Oh and i tryed the AMD site for the drivers.. none show up

ya its not a bad laptop, i mean i got it from some crack heads for like $125 with a few dum issuses. the Go7900 come in 512MB and the laptop has 2 slots for SLi. but i just uninstalled the 64ML-37 2.01GHz CPU and then before rebooting i put in the 64ML-44 2.41Hgz CPU and after the computer being slow for the first 10 or so mins it just poped up in the manager that everything was installed and running, restarted one more time and everything was good, been working great since. Thanks everyone for your time and help..

I meant that from the link I posted it says that the Laptop you have already has a Turion 64ML-44, so was wondering why you got the same model with 64ML-37 in it.

oh well it must have been an older model or who ever first ordered the system must have asked for the ML-37 to make it cheaper, it even only came with 1 graphics card instead of 2, didn't put in the TV Tuner, and it also only have the WXGA screen instead of the WSXGA or WUXGA screen, but now it has 2 graphics cards, 2.4cpu, and the WUXGA screen, things running a lot better now. now all i need is the TV Tuner which im having a hard time with, not many people post on EBay that they pulled it out of a M9700 and from what i have read that i need a: A2010 AverMedia TV Tuner w/Antenna A307AA, found one on ebay but not sure if its the right one. Does anyone know if the is right or not??

This is compatible with the laptop just make sure that you have the TV-In Connector at the Backside of the Laptop.
