570 SLI is faster by 10%, GTX 590 is a pair of HEAVILY under clocked 580s

how do u know the 570 sli's are 10% faster than 1 gtx 590?

they don't blow up, make less heat and the performance is a bit higher, only the minumum FPS are lower by few

The performance recommendation is usually SLI GTX570, or CF 6950s. (6970s if you have the $$$ to burn.) The GTX590 and 6990 didn't change that. You really only want that if you have a single slot PCIe 16x board. Otherwise you are better off with one of the previous mentioned setups.

i would go with 2 Gtx 570's in sli gtx 590 is clocked down more than even 570 at 600 ?? so go with dual Gtx 570's

yup also the latest drivers limit your GPU core clock to 550, probably not going over 500...
