Screen corruption during memtest

Any idea of what went wrong? It's a completely new build. I found my computer freezing randomly so I ran furmark and prime95 first and I had no problems. I then went to run memtest and this happened.

Hi man
I have also this issue. I think it is the same as if the program detected an error un RAM (red lines messages)

Take a look at my screens:

One rare thing is that it seems memtest keep on running though screen is corrupted.
Anyone can tell us something?

Any luck with this problem? I just got it myself. Memtest continues to run, no red from errors but the screen gets all corrupted.

I'm guessing the video RAM got mapped to the wrong address for some reason and got overwritten during one of memtest's test phases. However, if the text memory buffer had the same format as the legacy text frame buffer, I would be expecting randomized text/background colors rather than pristine blue.
