Any idea of what went wrong? It's a completely new build. I found my computer freezing randomly so I ran furmark and prime95 first and I had no problems. I then went to run memtest and this happened.

I'm guessing the video RAM got mapped to the wrong address for some reason and got overwritten during one of memtest's test phases. However, if the text memory buffer had the same format as the legacy text frame buffer, I would be expecting randomized text/background colors rather than pristine blue.
