Is my motherboard fried?

Hello, lets start off by saying I have a very cheap motherboard. On the other hand, I have a gtx 560 and a corsair gs 600 running as well.

Now here is the problem. My keyboard and mouse wont turn at all through the whole booting up process. Then, im stuck at the windows password screen with no keyboard. My pc worked fine for like 5-6 hours last night while playing diablo 3, what could have happend, and why wont my keyboard and mouse turn on?

Also, my cpu heatsink was blazing hot and on the second boot screen it said it was 67 Celsius..

Are your keyboard and mouse connected by PS/2 or USB? Although unlikely, have you tested your keyboard and mouse to see if they are working?
