Graphics cards!

Hello,
i ant to upgrae my computer for good gaming performance, i want to upgrade my graphics card to he best i can have it, i run a A Dell Dimension C521, and my budget is Max: £200, please help and also if i want to upgrade my graphics card do i have to upgrade anything else?
