Is the Cooler Master RS850-AMBAJ3-US Silent Pro M 850W Power Supply reliable? Because it is going for $89.99 on tigerdirect.com.

I am going to be using this with my 2500k + 6950 1GB rig and want to make it future proof for crossfire later on. Would a 750W power supply support it with around 4.4-4.5 GHz overclocking and maybe mild overclocking on the gpu? If so, which one would be the best for around $100 (modular please)?

And hey, while I am at it, is the MSI P67A-G43 a decent motherboard? The price seems to good to be true. Is there any problems or issues that I may run into with this board?

Thanks for your help.

Can't speak for long term reliability, but it looks like CM has finally learned to build decent power supplies:

The Cooler Master Silent Pro series is manufactured by Enhance. They have been reviewed to be very reliable units. I have a 1 1/2 yr. old Silent Pro 600W that serves me well. Can't beat that price for a solid unit.
