I5 2500 integrated graphics on h61

can i use the i5 2500's integrated graphics on a h61 board? can it run 1920x1080 resolution? just so i can use my new pc without a vid card not planning to play games just movies.

HD resolution is supported, as is dual screen display. Shouldn't have any problems playing HD media in full screen at all The built in GPU is supposed to be fairly good on the i5, and as far as I know its just been patched/updated to be even better.

it depends on the board doesn't it. If it only has VGA out and not DVI-D then the VGA connection can't cope with that high a resolution.

VGA will support 1920x1080.

Looking for a H61 with DVI/HDMI is probably a good option though, I think MOST will have one or the other.
