Never buy a power supply with max in the name.
Raidmax power supplys are crap.
You might get lucky and get 500watt out of it. Before it blows and takes your system out with it.
So between the two choices ,go for the OCZ modstream.
Do you have any other options available?

I'm on a tight budget and I need to support an OC i7 2600k, and dual GTX 460's. Maybe OCed.
