Motherboard might be damaged

One day ago I was cleaning my comp when I accidentally banged it a little hard on the side . Immediately the video on the monitor broke into static and since then no cable hdmi or VGA worked . Even when I plug in a USB device like a keyboard or printer it doesn't work . Can someone help me please
