Best 95W AMD CPU?

Wan't to upgrade from my Phenom X4 9550 2.2Ghz because I'm starting to think it is letting down my performance. The socket is AM2+ but I understand that an AM3 can go in, so suggest anything really! I am limited by the fact it can only be 95W, so I want to know; what is the best 95W AMD processor that I should buy?

AMD phenom ii X4 95W TDP processors are really hard to afford nowadays...
you can search ebay for a used one, i saw a phenom ii 945 95w 2 days ago...
