-I made a previous post:

..regarding whether or not i computed the PSU requirements correctly and received confirmation that the PSU was indeed adequate. ..the only problem is, when the machine boots, theres no video, even though the card is seated properly and the pcie power cable os connected. I ran to a local store and swapped out the card for a cheap video card and everything runs fine.. you think its the card? or an underpowered psu?

It's the Card, not the PSU. The PSU is definitely enough for your needs.
