New gaming build

Hello, I will be getting my gaming build in about 3 weeks and i just wanted to see if everything is going to work together.

XFX ATI Radeon 6870 1GB GDDR5 -

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2Ghz -

Xigmatek Midgard Pure Black Edition -

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) -

Corsair 600W Builder Series -

4GB Mushkin Blackline DDR3 (2x2) -

1TB Samsung Hardrive -

Liteon Disc Drive -

I have a few more questions;

1) Will this build be powerful enough to run games like; World of Warcraft, Empire total war and Counter Strike:source all on max/high settings?
2) Will everything fit in the case?
3) Will i be able to keep my system cool with the two 120mm fans pre-installed? p.s i won't be overclocking.
Thanks, Calvin.

More about gaming build
  1. 1) Yes, as long as it's only those games and not newer CoD and BF series (etc) games.
    2)The Video card should fit
    3) Definitely, the 2 120mm will be enough
If I may ask, what is your budget?
  2. About 500-580 pounds + by that do you mean i would be able to play cod and bf but not on max graphics?
  4. I thought that but it doesn't work like that.. with tax and stuff :/
  5. How about:
    CPU: Intel i5 2500k - 163 Pounds
    MoBo: MSI P67A-GD53 - 102 Pounds
PSU: 600W Corsair Builder Series - 50 Pounds
    CASE: Antec 300 - 50 pounds
    HDD: 1TB Samsung HD103SJ SpinPoint - 40 Pounds
    RAM: 4GB Mushkin Blackline DDR3 - 34 Pounds
    Graphics: HD RADEON 6870 - 124 Pounds
    Total: 563 Pounds
^ More kickass and all are from your aria site.
  6. Umm i'll check it out now :) do you think you could link me to the mobo and the processor? and would i be able to play bf2 and cod4 aswell?
  7. Hm, i won't be able to do that build cause i need to get windows 7 but thanks for the help. Do you think that i will be ok with the build i listed for the following games...

    Total war series
Cod4 (NOT any other of the series)
    Counter strike source

Will i be able to run them with good fps? (If i have to lower graphics i will)
