Gigabyte 560 ti or Inno3d 570

Hey there everyone! I've posted here before asking about what card to get within my budget, most people came up with the gigabyte 560 ti SOC, which I was on the verge of buying before a friend of mine called and said that he could offer me a Inno 3D 570, for around £230, which is essentially what I would've been paying for the SOC, so I ask you, what's better?

3.4 i72600k
8gb corsair vengeance ram
750w cooler master GX 750

+1 570. inno3d are a cheaper brand, but i have used their products before and have been very happy with them. my inno 3d 8800gts oc still survives to this day.
