Weird startup problem!! please help!!

I have a 3.5 years old system with ASUS P5N MX, C@D - 2.66 Ghz , 2 gb DDR@ transcend ram , 320 GB WD Hard disk and nvidia 9400GT 1Gb Gcard.
I am facing this weird problem from yesterday! When I start my PC with all components, It fails to start, or rather, it doesn't give any display to monitor! So, i tried various things, removed CMOS battery and refitted it, cleaned the processor and MoBO but still nothing!
then, I took GPU out and gave VGA through Intergrated graphics. Now, it is working, but still weirdly! Like,the mouse gets disconnected automatically after 2 3 mins!!
Now, what could be the problem ?? Is it due to dead Mobo, dead GPU or some corrupt BIOS or something??
Please Help!!
