Ok.. so thanks to the community, I was able to unscrew standoffs and now everything is lined up.

Next problem - Poweing up. I'm using Corsair CX600 to power up MSI H61M-P23 with i5-2500k loaded.
Every thing necessary from PSU has been connected and when I try to power it up, I see that CPU heatsink spins for little bit than second, and then it stops.

I built few computers before and this never happened to me.
Maybe expert at this forum might help me out :)
Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for your answer. But wouldn't it be likely that when I turn on computer by pressing power switch and I see CPU heatsink running for shortly - doesn't that mean power switch has been connected to right spot on motherboard?

And yes indeed - I connected 4 pin connector to CPU
