Is 850W enough for GTX570, 16GB PC2 17000, 240GB SATA 3 SSD, i7 2600k?

Did I go chinsey with the PSU? Is a TX850W from Corsair enough for this beast? I smell problems trying to OC the CPU from 3.6GHz to 4GHz... which efffectively kills the point.. But I wanted to hear perspectives from other builders...

850W is fine for what you have and to overclock.
