Asus or Gigabyte

Hi,
I am planning on buying a mobo bundle with AMD FX 8120 8 core and 4GB Ram(dont have 64bit yet) as an upgrade. Gigabyte bundle is a bit cheaper, Asus is a bit expensive. I am complete novice in Computer building, know how to do some stuff, which has the easier bios and more features?
I am planning on upgrading
I currently have
HD 6770
500GB HDD
Intel Core 2 duo
Foxconn G33M Mobo.

Which mobo to choose:
Asus M5A78L-M USB3
or
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P DVI Motherboard

Btw I want to use my PC for mainly moderate gaming, BF3 not too high settings, my pc is on all day. Which motherboard would suite me.

I dont think neither of them have sli or proper crossfire.

Around 50 bucks. Though there is no other choice other than those 2 motherboards listed above. Since I am buying a bundle and dont want the hassle of assembling and testing. They do that for me
