Does have GA-B75M-D3V have 4 USB 3.0 ports?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to pick the parts to build my first computer so I'm a little unsure of how internal USB headers work. The motherboard in question is GA-B75M-D3V. Now the B75 chipset shows 4x USB 3.0 ports. This board I can see two rear USB 3.0 ports but only one internal USB 3.0 connector, which I'm guessing is used to connect to a front USB 3.0 port.

So two questions here:
1. Where is the 4th USB 3.0 port? If there isn't one, doesn't Gigabyte need to adhere to chipset specs to be able to call their board a B75 board?

2. If I bought this board, does it include a USB 3.0 connector to connect the internal header to the front port?
