New gamer needs advice

Hello,
I have a A5700 CPU, G31TM-P21 MB, 1GB DDR2, I just bought the game Fallout new vegas, what graphics card can I get that will give me the best graphics for the best price? Not sure how to shop for this...help would be appreciated

With your current specs and ram,Even if if u have money to buy a GTX 580,It will bottleneck.And your cpu can't even play COD BO lowest settings at 10+FPS.

I'm pretty sure they meant an E5700 CPU which is still alright for most games.
1gb of RAM however isn't going to cut it however. You really need to get that up to 2gb, preferably 4gb. Fortunately RAM is pretty cheap these days.
As for a video card we need more information including your power supply, your monitor's native resolution and at least some idea what you want to spend.

Before upgrading your GPU you need upgrade your RAM to minimum of 2GB (4GB recommended).
