Sabertooth 990fx Boot service led

Hello,
Im new here, and sorry for my bad english... the problem is that i have a sabertooth 990fx but with a HDD 3GB and when a press the power button of the pc the boot device led turn red and turn off when windows start to load, first i put the sata cable in the wrong port(sata 6gb) then change it to sata 3gb, but the led always turn red i enter to bios en the led still red i dont know why but everything just work perfect not problem but i im worried about the boot led

It's suppose to turn red then go off,it's normal.I'm using the same board right now!
