Is it Worth upgrade from P67 to Z68 ?!

1st of all this is my PC specs and i am using it for Gaming and Virtual Servers Lab "VMware"

Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor 8M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3R-B3
Memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 BUS 1600 V1.5
GPU Sapphire AMD HD 7850 2GB DDR5
PSU XFX Core Edition 550w
HDD#1 Western Digital Black Edition 1TB SATA 6GB/s - OS BOOT
HDD#2 Western Digital Blue Edition 640GB SATA 3GB/s
Monitor LG 32'Inch FULL HD 1080p 3D CINEMA
Case Thermaltake Overseer RX-I

I discovered that my P67 motherboard had no USB3 Connector, meaning i can't plug in the front case USB3 Cable to my motherboard !! which Pissing me of

I searched for used motherboards and i found GA-Z68XP-UD3 used "6 months" and my P67 is used for a year now and Z68 owner offered me to trade them off and i will pay difference between two 20$

My Question: is it worth pay 10$ difference between both ?

If the answer "YES Worth" please tell me what benefits in this mother i will get i don't have from my old one ?

It is really only you who can answer the question if it is worth it. I personally would not do it since it is just to much bother repairing/reinstalling windows and so on.
