keep getting Bluescreens i need help D: what can i do?

i need help my pc can even start can even use launch start up repair or safe mode whit out a blue screen

What did u do right before it started? Did u upgrade any drivers?

sorry that i took so long but
i did install a beta divers for my video card But i did system restore and it fixed it for a while, then it give a lots of Blue screens and now i cant even use safe mode/anything cant even load windows ...
my brother says he thinks the motherboard is fried and the rams too
but i think if something else
if u need any more info pls tell me ill be glad to give it to u
