The GTX 560 Ti's by Palit have them.
Is there a reason you need a VGA output rather than using a DVI to VGA adapter?

awesome. D-sub was the tops in analog tech. im running a FD trintron 21" sony it isn't limited to 24bit/32bit color it goes upto infinity in color depth... a similar digital tech LCD panel would cost $2000 upwards and would be limited to 10bit.

for a matching graphics card with 30bit graphics output at qxga/85hz i can't use a adapter or cable the adapters/cables are limited to wuxga@60hz @ 24bit. i use it for graphics work and it should make text even sharper i expect.

i think d-sub cable is limited to 2560x1920 @63 Hz, much higher than adapter limits, that would cover qxga@75/85Hz.

You know, any card with a DVI-I port can be adapted to VGA with a $2 adapter.... which is included with most cards.......

yea adapters/cables are ok for the lcds and small CRTs but not good enough for large high resolution CRTs.
