Help looking for mid range motherboard.

I am thinking about getting the "ASRock Z77 Extreme6" or the "asus p8z77-v pro".

Right now i have the asus p8p67 le . ( dislike that board a lot)

and i7 2600k, 8gb 1600 memory, gtx 570.

What do you guys think about those two boards as an upgrade?

They are both great mobos!

ASUS has 12+4 phases power design and ASRock has 8+4.

ASUS will OC higher : )

I like the ASUS more, but that ASRock is just as good.
