Help looking for mid range motherboard.

I am thinking about getting the "ASRock Z77 Extreme6" or the "asus p8z77-v pro".

Right now i have the asus p8p67 le . ( dislike that board a lot)

and i7 2600k, 8gb 1600 memory, gtx 570.

What do you guys think about those two boards as an upgrade?

Any of them will serve you well. Why do you dislike the p8p67?

the asrock if you want a a mini pci slot for a SSD or wireless card and a much better audio codec, at a slightly cheaper price.
the asus if you want more voltage phases and wireless.

if i were given the choice, that asrock looks great for the price.
