Which motherboard to choose?!?!

I have a lot of options for motherboards. Please help me choose which one is the best based on features and specs? This will be used for a home PC and browsing. No SLI or anything fancy.

If you would like to add more, the price range is under $80 and it should be a Micro-ATX. Brand of CPU doesn't matter but try to use AM3+ or LGA 1155. If possible, ones with SATA III and USB 3.0, but it's not a must.

Its better to base mobo on the CPU.

Any Sandy Bridge Processor will do. Something low power and power efficient. Maybe the Core i3 2140?
For AMD... The FX-4100 will do.

I would go with SB CPU, as it beats that FX4100 with no problem.

That MSI board is OK.

I like this ASUS more, but I trust MSI too.

It's a micro-ATX case that I think you can only find here. But I'd go for a full size ATX if I have to.
