New computer, need advice

I'm planning to buy a new computer soon and need a little advice regarding the components.

So far I narrowed it down to the following (no video card needed at the moment):
- Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H
- AMD Athlon II 455 X3
- Kingston 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3/1600MHz XMP - HyperX
- Western Digital Caviar Blue SE16 500GB, 7200rpm, 16MB, SATA2
- OCZ StealthXStream 2, 500W

The above setup fits my needs and is in budget. I haven't bought a computer in a while, so my question is do these components fit together ?

I'm also open to suggestions as long as the cost doesn't exceed $500 (I'm buying from www.emag.ro, $1 = 3 lei).
