Hi guys,

I need a little help and a bit of explain if possible.

Some time ago I bought the motherboard GA-G41MT-D3 (rev. 1.3) with one memory module DDR3 2Gb 1333Mhz Kingston. I never touch anything in the BIOS except disabling Floppy. All in BIOS is as from the beginning, the BIOS is the original F1 version (Award) and the only one they have at his page as you can see on the link above. My question is: Do I need to correct some configuration to get the best performance without loosing stability and without overheating the motherboard? If so, can you please explain how and what I need to change in BIOS? I will post here a couple of pictures to facilitate the answers, if I miss something or my threat is in the incorrect session, please moderators be free to correct it as you must and need.

This are some of the shots I made:

from Aida64 Extreme:

from CPUz:

and this are some BIOS shots from when I changed "CPU Host Frequency (Mhz)" in "MB Inteligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)" to 333Mhz:

Now got it back to default settings.

OK, that's all I have.. Have in mind that I didn't understand very well and if possible can you please refer to these pictures from above when respond how and what I need to change.

Thank you

why is that E3400 showing cpu speed 4.3GHz in bios by default?

It is because I've changed "CPU Host Frequency (Mhz)" in "MB Inteligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)" to a 333Mhz when I was taking these pictures, now is at his default values 200Mhz.
