Hi! I'm planning a new build with this motherboard: ASRock B75 PRO3 (more info: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B75%20Pro3/?cat=Memory ) Question is, I want to use it with this RAM:

Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9

The ASRock website does not have this listed under supported RAM....does it matter if I have to use on off the supported list?

i would go with ram that's on the list to be safe and get the best performance out of the ram....

In theory it should work just fine. In a few very rare cases it won't, I wouldn't hesitate though.

I know, that was only to quote the type of memory I was going to use. I would be getting 8 gigs of that along with Win7HP for 119.99
