1x HD 6950 (flashed to 6970) vs 2x 5770's

Just wondering which would be the best to go along with a Phenom II x4 975 and a 700-750w Antec. 2x 5770's would be about $839 while 1x 6950 comes out to $872. Which is the more bang for a buck? Also, I'll have 6GB of DDR3 and I'll want to play games like Black Ops, MW2, Portal 2, and Homefront at max settings with 60+ fps and fraps them without a notable difference. I'd also like to at least be able to have 60+fps on Crysis 2 with whatever settings, as long as I can play it well. I'll also be emulating PS2 and Wii, however I believe that's in the CPU where it counts.

    2 x HD5770's roughly = a HD5870, a HD6950 is slightly faster that a HD5870 by about 10%, a HD6970 is then perhaps another 10-15% faster that a HD6950, so I'd say a HD6970 is roughly 25% faster that 2 x HD5770's.
