GTX 460 vs GTX 560 ti and wattage.

kk i need help deciding. i'm on a budget and i need to pick between http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127518 (a GTX 460 Hawk) and this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127565&cm_re=GTX_560-_-14-127-565-_-Product (a GTX 560 ti)
I was reading how you could easily oc the GTX 460 to GTX 560's core clock and make it almost as good, however the posts are a bit dated, and the OpenGL on the 460 is only 4.0, and the 560's is 4.1. Please Help me decide, and i also need to know what voltage PSU i should get if i plan to overvolt.

Go for the GTX560ti.It is much better than the GTX460 in many ways.Yes you can O.C. the GTX460 but it doesn't compare to how well the GTX560 performs in DX11 games and the SLI performance.
