Here's what happened play by play.

I have a X-Fi Titanium sound card.

I had sound as of yesterday. When I got home I opened up the Battlefield 3 beta and when ingame I had no sound. So I go to Creative's website and get the newest drivers. Installed them, restarted, and poof no more sound. Tried rolling back, didn't work. Tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, didn't work. Tried uninstalling the drivers, taking out the card and using my onboard sound and that made me hang on the Windows welcome screen. So I did a system restore and reinstalled the X-Fi drivers, nothing. As you can see I clearly need help. Please.

I don't know if you tried driver sweeper and uninstalled the drivers. But if not use that utility to remove all the creative stuff from the rig.
Also try to change the slot of the X-Fi if you have a unused PCI slot.
And after putting in new hardware it is always recommended to start the rig in safe mode first and then reboot into normal mode.
