MSI Debug LED Codes

Hi, I am a long time reader, and finally decided to join since I just built my first rig. I have the MSI 990FXA-GD80V2 mainboard and the debug led is constantly switching from number 29 to number 30. Back and forth. I cant find any info on the net anywhere about this, and these codes are not in the manual. Can someone please assist?

Sorry for the double post... Not sure if this means anything, but theres also a little red light flashing between the case speaker connection and led connections on bottom right near the debug LED. Is this related?
