Not sure what hardware I need to upgrade

Hello,

I just upped my resolution to 1920x1080. My gameplay isn't as smooth as I would like it on bad company 2. How can I increase my fps?

I have an overclocked amd 1066 at 3.6ghz and a single gtx 460 hawk overclocked. I also have 4 gigs of ram.

What can I do to increase my fps?
Aside from getting another gtx 460, will increasing my ram help?
