That card requires a minimum 450w PSU for your system (though giving yourself a buffer is always wise: 550-650w would be great). It only uses 1 6-pin PCI-e connector. I'd recommend looking for something from one of the very reputable brands (Corsair, OCZ, XFX, etc). You will pay a little extra but you're using this to power hundreds of dollars of equipment- it's worth it.
