First Build - Just about to Hit the Power!

I've just finished building my first PC and i'm about to power up for the first time. Spec's are:

Case: Coolermaster Storm Enforcer
Fan: Coolermaster Megaflow 200mm
Processor: i5 2500k
Heatsink: Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B
Thermal Paste: Arctic MX-4
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H
Memory: G-Skill 1600MHz (2 x 4Gb)
Graphics: ASUS 560 Ti 900MHz
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint 1Tb
SSD: Crucial M4 64Gb
Power Supply Antec High Current Gamer Series 900W
Optical Drive: Sony Optiarc
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

I'm going to be using this guide to help when i set up:

However it does not go over what i need to look for in BIOS when i first power up. Could you guys point out things i need to look for and any actions i may need to take to get my PC up and running.

And maybe some words of encoragement as i just know i'm going to balls it up somewhere.

The first thing to is to change the boot order so you can install OS! Then enjoy your new powerful machine!

be sure to select the M4 SSD as the OS drive (if thats what you bought it for).
