Help choosing memory!!

Hello guys,

I appreciated all the help in my last post, so i though i would ask another question. I'm planning on getting the GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 motherboard and Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit graphics card. I'm wondering what speed of memory i should choose and what brands are recommended.

1333MHz is the norm and so is 1600, so we can go with that. And in most cases, 4GB of memory is enough. But for you, you can choose any of these speeds: 2000(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066
Brands I recommend are: G.Skill, Crucial, Patriot, and Corsair
You can go with these:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL
CORSAIR XMS3 Model CMX4GX3M2A1600C8
Both of which are running 1600

and if you can afford it, 8GB wouldn't do any harm, it'd just be a tad unneccesary:

The 2 RAM I chose was because they had high reviews (5 Eggs w/ more than 75 reviewers), and imo, I'd rather spend an extra $10 on good computer parts than having to pay shipping back to the company for replacement

i chose that ram becuase its cheaper, has a lifetime warranty, and has the same timings and same latency as the other brands listed above, also it has good reviews as well as being branded.

I guess it is time before i do, how much memory is enough? Is 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ enought to play all the new games on the market? I'm a big gamer so it really matters lol.

I have a couple of options picked out i just need some help shoosing how much.

4GB is good enough for most things (including games), If you want to spend an extra $20, you can make sure your computer will last another few months by going with 8GB
