Trouble setting up a wireless adapter

So i just built my first computer and when i booted up and installed the OS everything went fine. Then when i installed drivers all worked except for the wireless adapter. I am using a Rosewill Rnx-g300lx Wireless Adapter. Every time i install it it would be recognized when i look in the device manager. But then when i restarted the computer, it would show up as unidentified PCI device. So i uninstalled and tried again but it continues to do that.

Download the latest driver for the Rosewill.

Try a different PCI slot.

Go into the BIOS and disable any ports not in use (COM, Parallel Printer Port, Game/Midi etc). Restart Wndows a couple of times to reassign resources.
