$500 Budget Game-PC

Hey guys, I want to thank you for your help earlier on choosing parts for building my first game pc, It was a very learnable experience and I am in love with my new computer, 30 degrees on Performing is GREAT!

Interested by my success, My sister wants me to build a computer for her. Only thing is, her budget is LOW!


-Graphics card must have a VGA port.
-Must be able to "Play a 3D game while listening to music and using web browsers".
-Must be able to handle new games from next year atleast on lowest quality and current games on good quality.

-500 GB hard disk is enough.
-Sound is not an issue.
-Cooling is important.


Budget : €500,-
Fluctuation Budget : €400-€540
-No monitor, no OS, no keyboard, no mouse.

That would change the total price to € 530,- but for that hundred bucks more It might be more worthwhile to choose a better graphics card?
I don't know everything about processors but the AMD Phenom II X4 965 shouldn't stray very far away of the i5 2500k when it comes to performance.

yea, a better Graphics card would increase gaming performance more than the CPU
!
