no it has 2 x 18A 12v http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=3686
But it goes to say maximum of 312w combined which gives you 26A total on the 12v which in my opinion is a little low for a gts250 but may be ok. You should look at an ati 5750 or 5770. a 5750 will give similar performance to a gts250 while a 5770 will give greater performance. both ATI cards use less power than a gts250 so you should be able to run them fine. They may blow your budget though unless you dont mind waiting for a rebate.

I have a Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 460w with 18A on its 12V, this wouldn't be enough would it?

I've decided to go with the Gts 250, thank you all for your input.
