M5A78L-M/USB3 + AMD fx 8120

Hi Genius People

Just yesterday ordered, asus M5A78L-M/USB3 + AMD fx 8120 (125w).

Q1. I am worried about the BIOS update / Flash thing with this motherboard. If anybody has recently bought this motherboard, please can you tell me- what version of BIOS it came with ?

Fx 8120 - requires / or as listed on asus website BIOS- 0411

If the version number is higher, then I will have to flash the BIOS, which I have no idea how to do it.
If the version number is lower then I will have to update the BIOS, which again I have no idea how to do it.

Q2. When I will install the fx 8120, will the machine boot or I will have to go through some hassling process ?

This is my first build, yes I am a noob

Edit --> If the motherboard Bios version number is higher, then I will not have to flash the BIOS, which I have no idea whats it.
